Whichever club that is not in European competition.

The following sides will be in the draw – Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton, Burnley (despite relegation), Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Leeds, Leicester, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, Southampton, Watford (despite relegation), Wolves.

Who else is in the draw?

NORTHERN SECTION – Barrow, Bolton, Bradford, Derby, Fleetwood, Grimsby, Lincoln, Morecambe, Preston, Rochdale, Shrewsbury, Stockport, Tranmere

SOUTHERN SECTION – Cambridge, Charlton, Colchester, Crawley, Exeter, Forest Green, Gillingham, MK Dons, Newport, Norwich, Oxford, Portsmouth, Stevenage, WALSALL, Wycombe
