Walsall boss Darrell Clarke and Walsall defender James Clarke have both been nominated for the EFL Manager/Player of the month awards for September.
Darrell steered the Saddlers away from the relegation worries in September winning three and drawing one of the five games we played.
James on the other hand seems more likely to win his award having helped the Saddlers keep three clean sheets and scoring two worldies.

For a few fans they fail to understand the concept of the award, it’s for our performances in SEPTEMBER and not including the defeat on Saturday, which was in OCTOBER.
Results will be announced on Friday.
