Former defender Dean Holden has today rejoined the club as coach.

Dean joined the club in 2012 and went on to make twenty nine appearances for the club, scoring two goals.

Following his departure from the Saddlers, Dean joined League 1 rivals Oldham as first team coach, during that time he was promoted to interim manager and then took over as assistant manager to Darren Kelly.

Holden will provide assistance to current interim head coach Jon Whitney and coaches Neil Cutler and John Ward.

Earlier this season, Dean Holden used his mini as a jump start for the Walsall team coach.
