One of the high points of last season was the form of Paul Downing.
The young Albion star is definitely a star in the making and he has thanked and praised current boss Dean Smith for giving him his chance.
Downing also praised club captain Andy Butler.
Downing told The Express and Star “He does a lot of work with the back four and is always on hand with good tips and advice.
“Similarly Andy Butler has also been a massive help to me and between them they have really brought my game on. It was a very good season all round.
