England Returning To The Banks’s

|

England Women will be returning to the Banks’s Stadium later this year in preparation for the forthcoming World Cup.

The Banks’s Stadium will host the Three Lions game against Denmark on Saturday 25th May.

England will then play one more friendly before jetting off to France for the World Cup where they will face Scotland, Argentina and Japan.

England boss Phil Neville is happy with the preparations and insists the team will be ready for the World Cup.

Speaking to the BBC Neville said “The World Cup is firmly in sight now and I’m really happy with this group of fixtures to complement the games that we have played in recent months, plus the ones to come at SheBelieves.”

“It’s great that we can visit four different parts of the country and I have no doubt the players will get fantastic support as ever.”

“We will certainly hit the ground running when we get to France”

The Saddlers has been home to many England games recently at most levels with us being one of the hosts for the U17 European Championships last summer.

Tickets are on sale for the game with Denmark, priced at just £1 for concessions and £10 for adults, with an early-bird price of £7.50 if purchased before 10th March.
