Unless you have been living under a rock the last few days, you will know that Covid-19 is dominating headlines. The footblalling world, including Walsall have been and will continue to be heavily affected. But the fans have once again stepped up.
It was announced by the club a couple of days ago that season ticket sales had passed the 1000 mark, and they continue to remain above the figures at this point 12 months ago. This is nothing short of brilliant, and I cannot begin to express how thankful the club are for the support they are recieving.
Something that the club are desperate to express is their thanks for the continued sales over the last few days. Although the figures have not been released, I am informed that there has been a significant number sold both today and yesterday, which is incredible considering the news, and severity of measures being put in place.
Our fans never cease to impress me, and hearing the news that sales have continued to increase, makes me proud to be a Saddler!
