On our Twitter page over the weekend we ran a poll as to whether people were Whitney In or Whitney Out following our 2-1 cup shock against Newport and the results are staggering!
A total of 751 people voted on the poll (which is around 20% of our home fan base) and the results were as follows
Whitney In – 8%
Whitney Out – 92%
Now these polls can be hijacked by anyone that follows us but given the tweets and Facebook comments in recent days it seems that even the most patient fans have now swayed to the Whitney Out camp.
Our season is effectively over in November for the second year running – unless we get dragged into a relegation dogfight, however with a gap until our next league fixture many are expecting for the club to act.
So as a voice of the fans we call on the board to make the decision to remove Jon Whitney as manager of Walsall FC so we can once again all move in the same direction.
