With the Saddlers winning just three games in our last nineteen it’s understandable that fans are worried about the trap door into League 2.
The Saddlers currently sit just three points above the drop zone and with a difficult run of games in March it’s imperative that we get as many points as we can from the remaining games in February.
Earlier this week we ran a poll via our Twitter feed on whether fans thought we could avoid the drop, five hundred and forty-seven fans took part in the poll with a staggering 47% that are convinced that we won’t avoid the drop and will spend next season in League 2.
Just 22% feel we will avoid the drop with 31% wanting a little more time before making their predictions.
Poll results are as follows

We are obviously no stranger to fighting off relegation having just avoided the drop last season however with the players at his disposal this time around relegation shouldn’t be as tight….well it shouldn’t be!
The Saddlers head to Blackpool on Saturday before returning home on Tuesday to face AFC Wimbledon who are currently propping up everyone else in League 1.
