Walsall boss Michael Flynn has already stated that four or five deals are over the line already as he looks to push for a top half finish next season.

Speaking after the full time whistle, Flynn said

“I can’t wait. We’ve already got four or five over the line, so I’ve started early.

“We’ve just got to crack on as there’s going to be a big overhaul”

Interestingly we took a look at Elite Management the current agent of Walsall head coach Michael Flynn and noticed eleven of the list are players that Flynn signed either permanently or on loan whilst at Newport.

Of the players under their books there are a few interesting names out of contract this summer.

Sutton United midfielder Alistair Smith who has bagged nine goals this campaign, Crawley Town striker Ashley Nadesan who has scored nine goals in League 2 this campaign, Forest Green defender Dan Sweeney and Northampton defender Sid Nelson (currently injured with knee ligament damage).
