Walsall have today confirmed the loan signing of eighteen year old Kane Wilson from neighbours West Bromwich Albion on a season long loan.
Wilson played his first senior game for West Bromwich Albion against Paris St Germain in a pre-season friendly but later that season he made his first professional debut for the Baggies in their EFL Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest.
Wilson who is predominantly a right back spent a brief time on loan at Exeter City in 2017 – where he was sent off on his debut in a 1-1 draw with Mansfield.
He rejoined the Grecians on transfer deadline day last season but didnt feature in their final few games.
Wilson has represented England at U16 and U17 level. In October 2016, Wilson represented England U17 in a 5–0 win over Croatia and an 8–1 win over Germany.
Everyone at Vital Walsall welcomes Kane to the club and wish him the best of luck during his loan spell with the Saddlers.
