Loanee Mark Wilson has only just returned to the Saddler starting lineup since he was injured in his first match, but now he is gone back on the road to Doncaster as he has been recalled by the South Yorkshire outfit.

Wilson arrived at the Banks’s on 28th October on a 1 month loan and played his first game at home to MK Dons. He figured in each and every of 4 games, but got injured in the FA Cup clash with Exeter City last week. Despite this, the loan was extended on Friday until January. He overcame his injury and played 70 minutes at Stevenage, but due to an injury crisis he has been recalled to his home club and leaves the Saddlers today.

It is a shame to lose a midfielder and creates more problems for manager Dean Smith ahead of this weekend’s clash, at home to Charlton.

We shall see!

Up The Saddlers!
