Mission Impossible Part one

No matter what we need to beat Huddersfield, a team that missed out on second spot last night. They looked excellent in the first half and very poor in the second, almost beatable…we need to keep the faith on that one.

Where as on Monday every possible result went against us we need some favours of other teams this weekend.
Only a fool would try and predict what might happen at this stage of the season…..so here goes.

Chesterfield v MK Dons
MK Dons the form team in the relegation dog fight face last nights victors. Chesterfield have a number of there injured players back and in the second half looked more like the Spirites of old…possible draw.

Swindon v Brentford
Shock result on monday saw Swindon beat Scunny, Brentford are pushing hard for promotion. It would be an even bigger shock if Swindon took the points…away win.

Hartlepool v Nottingham Forest
The form team of the league visit Pool, Hartlepool will be keen to push injured striker Joel Porter into action but Julian Bennett can do us a favour…away win.

Yeovil v Gillingham
Gilingham chasing a record consecuctive win should be at full strenght against the cider men, who will depend on Phil Jeavons for survival…Hat trick of ex saddler Darren Byfield would be nice before going off injured as we face them next..away win.

However I can see Rotherham beating Scunthorpe at home to push them past the saftey mark. Whilst Blackpool at home to Barnsley looks like an away win. Also I fancy Tranmere to struggle at home to Bristol City leaving both Blackpool and Tranmere looking over there shoulders on 51 points.

If this fantasy island league goes this way we would be looking at a league table where we weretwo points from saftey and off the bottom, possible fourth from bottom.
