Walsall winger Kieron Morris is proving to be a hit with Wrexham fans following his impressive loan move and he insists Wrexham fans are now starting to see the real him.
Speaking to Daily Post; Morris said “I wanted to show the fans what I`m made of and play well here and I thought I managed to do that – and I`m delighted with my goal too.
“We`ve got some great centre-halves at the club in Blaine Hudson and Manny Smith. They`re big lads so I know I can pick them out from set pieces and I`ve managed to do that with Blaine [Hudson] and we`ve scored from two corners.
“I thought we didn`t do quite as well as we could have done first half, but we moved the ball well early on – especially in the first ten minutes – and I was pleased to get my goal when I did.
“You have to give Altrincham credit because they played well but I`m delighted to have got another goal.”
“Playing on a Saturday and Tuesday so often is difficult for the players so it`s important to get the recovery in. All you can do as a team is make sure we`re all recovering properly for the next game,” he added.’
Morris has scored in his last two games – including the winner in the derby with Chester recently and continues to provide numerous assists for the Welsh side, We wish Kieron the best of luck.
