The Saddlers continued our unbeaten start to the season with a 3-1 victory over AFC Wimbledon last night.
Goals from Keiron Morris, Andy Cook and a spectacular own goal by Will Nightingale gave the Saddlers all three points to fire us into fourth position in the League 1 table.
It was the Saddlers first away win since March and inflicted Wimbledon to their first defeat of the season, until last night Wimbledon had not conceded a league goal.
244 Saddlers fans made the gruelling midweek trip to Wimbledon and will yet again be optimistic as to what this group of players can achieve.
The Saddlers now head to Rochdale on Saturday hoping to make it four wins on the trot and cement our spot in the top six, Rochdale have conceded four goals in their opening two league games.
