A Football League AGM meeting was held in Portugal this morning to discuss all football related matters and one on the agenda was the ruling for overseas loans.
Watford had put the ruling under serious consideration following their 10 loan players from Udinese last season.
It has been decided that clubs will be restricted that 18 man match day squads to five loan players with a maximum of four from any one club over the whole season.
During the meeting it was also voted that sell on fees will not exceed 50% with one league club trying to achieve a 75% sell on clause last season.
