Reading boss Jaap Stam has made former Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw one of his top targets in January according to the local Reading media.

Bradshaw left the Saddlers for Barnsley in July 2016 following the Saddlers defeat in the play off semi finals and the Welsh striker has gone on to score fifteen goals in sixty four appearances for the Tykes.

Bradshaw joined the Saddlers for an undisclosed fee thought to be around £50,000 in the summer of 2014 and went on to score thirty four times for the Saddlers.

Bradshaw admitted he left the Saddlers to join a Championship club to increase his chances of being called up for Wales, Bradshaw made his Welsh debut on 28th March 2015 where they lost 1-0 to Ukraine in Kiev.

Should Bradshaw leave then the Saddlers will be entitled to a % of that fee.
