Ricketts rumour mill

The latest rumour doing the circuit is that the club have agreed the package to secure the services of Michael Ricketts on a full term deal. Although they have also tried to extend the loan to a full season but the rumour mill suggested that this was knocked back.

However he comes the sticking point, the financial package for the player himself isn’t as yet sealed, although Micheal has no objection to staying at the Banks’s. The one person who seems less certain of a deal is once again Micheals agent who is advising him to sit tight and see if any other clubs come in for him, either with more money or what could be more tempting Championship football as Micheal still wants to ply his trade at the highest level.So all we can do is make the big guy feel wanted and make sure he realises he can play championship football hopefully with us!!!
