Saddlers vs Exeter

This weekend needs to see change – it needs to see goals!

Exeter visit the Banks’s on the back of 4-0 defeat at Huddersfield and lying in 18th place and just one point behind ourselves.

The good news is that Rhys Weston maybe fit enought to replace the injured Clayton McDonald, who will resume training next Monday.

Manny Smith should be on hand to fill in for McDonald after he picked up an injury against MK Dons last week.

Expect a tight encounter, but my prediction (even though it maybe biased) will see the Saddlers narrowly overcome the Grecians.

Did you know?….Exeter City formed in 1904 from two teams, who were Exeter United and St Sidwell’s United. After St Sidwell’s defeated Exeter, it was decided and agreed that the two clubs would merge, later becoming a member of the Football League in the 1920s.
