Walsall playmaker Romaine Sawyers scored as St Kitts & Nevis drew 2-2 with El Salvador this evening.
El Salvador (who are thirty places above St Kitts & Nevis in FIFA World rankings) took the lead following a mistake from St Kitts captain Atiba Harris but goals from Orlando Mitchum and our own Romaine Sawyers gave the Sugar Boyz a surprising 2-1 lead.
However with five minutes remaining Bonilla snatched an undeserved draw for El Salvador, who now have home advantage in the second leg.
Former Walsall player Febian Brandy also played for St Kitts & Nevis but was substituted after sixty minutes.
