Walsall playmaker Romaine Sawyers helped St Kitts and Nevis to a 1-0 victory over Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean Cup.

Leicester City striker Harrison Panayiotu scored the only goal for the Sugar Boyz to cap off a fine move involving Walsall’s Romaine Sawyers.

St Kitts and Nevis now progress to the second round of the Caribbean Cup.
