VITAL PREVIEW: Rovers vs Saddlers

After the 0-0 draw between the two sides, round two starts at 7.45pm tomorrow (Tuesday 9th Feb).

The Saddlers go to the Memorial Ground with a sketchy away record and without a win in eight games.

On the bright side, Troy Deeney will return for the clash after serving his suspension for the harsh red card against Charlton last week. However, Steve Jones is still MIA with a groin problem, as well as Rhys Weston and skipper Mark Hughes who are also on the sidelines.

Chris Lines and Aaron Lescott are still out for Rovers, as Paul Trollope looks to overcome the Saddlers threat.

The sides should remain unchanged from Saturday.

PREDICTION:

I believe the inclusion of Deeney will add to our threat, even though we are away from home. We need to stay strong at the back and deal with the likes of Jo Kuffour in order to win this one.

I think the best we can hope for is another draw as we need to add to our very thin and depleated squad. 1-1 is my bet….ok Saddlers to sneak it 1-0.
