Walsall have today announced that former Swindon and Forest Green coach Steve Hale has joined the club as goalkeeping coach until the end of the season.
Hale, who has a UEFA Goalkeeping A licence, spent nine years at Swindon and played a key role in the development of current Rangers number one Wes Foderingham.
Buzzing to have agreed a deal till the end of the season at Walsall, good first few days and looking forward to Blackburn at home on Saturday! #saddlers https://t.co/fmnGik0CUT

Very interesting that he has only been given a deal until the end of the season, are we getting ahead of ourselves thinking this could be the first sign that Walsall and current manager Jon Whitney will go separate ways in the summer?
