John Sutton, brother of ex-Celtic and current Villa man Chris Sutton, has been linked with a move to the Saddlers by some press reports. Although a number of Scottish clubs have shown interest in the 23-year-old, he is thought to favour a move back to England.
Whilst some suggest that he has been recommended to Norwich, he would be behind a number of other strikers and sources seem to suggest that first team football is his main aim. The press this morning have also put Wycombe as one of the other clubs interested.
John has turned down contract offers at St Mirren and will be a free agent when his contract expires at the end of the month.
