Losing at Hartlepool with just two minutes of normal time on the clock is the most frustrating thing that has happened to DD`s men since their salsa dancing defending at Grimsby earlier in the season. Again, many Saddlers fans will point out that Tony Bedeau failed to meet the level of performance to even call it a performance. DD is even questioning the player`s attitude, especially when the former Seagull was taken off at half-time for failing to open up the Hartlepool defence. The defence has also come under question, but I will question the lack of creativity from the midfield, after only two shots on target. Fair enough, one goal from two shots is a good strike rate, but we need to score more goals if we can concede two goals in two minutes. Get a grip Walsall, or it will be the play-offs, next season (not as melodramatic as you think, look at the league table and Walsall`s next fixtures).

Now for quick word on England; rubbish! I will obviously add to this by stating that Steve McClaren has the managerial ability of a dead goose, and I don`t mean the team selection was bad, but the formation was. England cannot play 4-5-1, we need to play 4-4-2. He needs to pick a team and not a team of the so-called ‘best players,` such as the inconsistent Frank Lampard. Lamps is good for Chelsea and one of the best players in the premiership, but stick Carrick and Gerrard in the middle and Joe Cole and Aaron Lennon out on the wings. Simple. And because McClaren picks his team based on fans opinion, expect that to be the team for Israel.
