The biggest story this week comes from ROCHDALE, who have denied that they are under threat of closure from a winding up order brought by the Inland Revenue. The club did comment that the fans were not to worry and that the situation was being dealt with. Dale have also said they have reached an agreement to pay and outstanding tax bill.
BURY midfielder Brian Barry-Murphy will miss the rest of the season, after injurying his hamstring back in January. The 28-year-old had a bad reaction to his hamstring when he returned to training, which means he will miss tomorrow’s game at Walsall.
Finally this week, HARTLEPOOL boss Danny Wilson has said that his side can start preparing for life in League One, after winning promotion by beating Wycombe 1-0 last weekend. The former MK Dons manager revealed that the players can relax, which may bare well for the Saddlers in the title race…or it might not.
