Nottingham Forest defender Julian Bennett has told The Sun that his side can beat Chelsea, after playing them on his Playstation.

The 23-year-old former Saddlers defender is set to face up to Shevchenko and friends in the fourth round of the FA Cup, and Benno reckons his side have what it takes, despite their previous meeting being on a football game.

Using games consoles has worked for sportsmen in the past, especially in Formula 1, where current World Champion Fernando Alonso used his Playstation to become familiar with tracks around the world. And despite having never driven on some of the tracks, except electronically, he won those races. Does the former Walsall centre-back have a point?

Also, Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood has also told a daily tabloid that he nearly crashed his car when he heard that Forest were to play Chelsea in the FA Cup fourth round.

All of this is completely true!!!
