A true six pointer a game neither side want to lose, and KB’s first home game too…

Manager talk

KB in recent weeks has spoke of the fact playing away at the top clubs is easy, their is no expectation and hence less pressure. On Tuesday night the Bescot faithful will be demanding 3 points to pull clear of the bottom four. How the younger players react to this pressure could be the key factor. Especially in the absence of Simon Osborn.
The talk at Yeovil has been the lack of goals and creativity. Steve Thompson has spoken to the press and stated that he wants to bring in three new players before Thursdays deadline. A striker possible Daryl Clare or Brian Deane are rumoured. Whilst a couple of midfield players are also on the shopping list. We will have to wait and see if any are here for tuesdays game.
Striker Phil Jeavons is rated as doubtful, but with the importance of the game he maybe pushed back sooner.

Walsall Team News:

We wait on the fitness of Daniel Fox, he’s fitness will dictate the shape of the team since Grant Smith will be required to cover at left back if Foxy doesn’t make it.
With Pablo Mills and Simon Osborn suspended the midfield could see a return of Dean Keates again if fully recovered, especially if Fox is out.
I expect Wright to keep the right back position ahead of Pead, but KB is always capable of pulling a surprise.
Midfield will change due to suspensions, Smith,Leary,Keates and possible even Pead competing for a shirt.Out wide James will have one flank with Smith or Ishmel on the other.
Up front Devlin looks the best option, he has been partnered by Barrowman recently but Fitzgerald and fans choice Constable await in the wings.
Mads Timm the one player who could create the openings sat on the bench Friday, and how to fit him into the team remains a problem.

Player to watch: Paul Devlin

Some much better performances away from home following his dreadful start at Bescot. In his debut he was injured and sent off in his home debut, so Devlin wants to show the fans his worth, this is his first opportunity to put right what went wrong in front of the Bescot crowd.

Yeovil Team News:

Phil Jeavons, might be fit for tuesday but if not fully fit he could be on the bench. Colin Miles was injured in the warm up saturday and is rated 50/50. Other players returned from injury saturday and Yeovil are getting back to a full squad. But with Chris Weales(knee) still not fully fit Steve Collis will continued in goal.
Yeovil will still be without Anthony Barry(Knee) and Tommy Docherty (ankle)

Player to watch: Chris Cohen

A player on loan from West Ham Utd. He has been carrying the midfield in recent weeks turning in a string of MOTM performances. Our midfield will need to be at there best to compete.
