Butler agrees Grimsby move

Martin Butler who played in Grimsby’s defeat at home to Acrington Stanley has agreed to sign for Town on January 1st. Details are not yet available but fears that the saddlers may need to pay up his contract to prevent the player returning to the Banks’s stadium where his protracted contract talks had proved disruptive.

However we thank Martin for his effort last year in helping get us out of league two.
