Adam Chambers has urged the Saddlers to become more attacking and close down games earlier, as Rochdale forced a first round FA Cup on Saturday.

Chambers came back from a broken foot at the weekend and a 94th minute Dale goal meant a replay fixture at the Banks’s next Tuesday.

‘It’s always disappointing when you concede so late… we were in control of the game for long periods.’ He told the official site.

Saddlers have gone ahead first on five occasions this season, drawing four of them and losing one, squandering 11 points. Turning those into wins, that would put us in 14th place (give or take) in the League One table

‘Our recent performances have been good; we’ve proved hard to break down and have some creative players in the team.’ Chambers added.
