The February nominations for the Sky Bet League 1 Goal of the Month Award are:
Rob Hall – Swindon Town v OXFORD UNITED – 5th February
Goals in derbies are always memorable. Hall`s was even more special as he danced past two defenders before unleashing an unstoppable dipper into the roof of the net.
Erhin Oztumer – Bolton Wanderers v WALSALL – 11th February
The ‘Turkish Messi` lived up to his nickname with this one. Spotting Bolton keeper Ben Alnwick off his line, he whipped home an impudent 40-yard looping volley.
Andrew Tutte – Chesterfield v BURY – 18th February
Picking the ball up in midfield, Tutte only had one thing in his mind – a 30-yard piledriver into the corner that Chesterfield keeper Thorsten Stuckmann could only watch.
