Rene Gilmartin says he will not be repeating the errors he has made in the previous 2 games, after taking over the gloves from Clayton Ince.

The 22 year old was involved in letting in Millwall`s first goal, and in the 5-1 defeat to Southampton.

Gilmartin said, talking to the Express and Star: “When you make mistakes you can either hide and go into your shell or learn from them and move on. That`s what I`ll do.”

He also added, talking about his howler against Millwall: “It was a misjudgement from me. I`m a young keeper and I will make mistakes but it`s about learning and bouncing back. I was gutted for myself, the team and the fans.”

So, as the team looks forward to their game against Leyton Orient, do you think Gilamrtin would have learnt his lessons? Discuss in the forum!
