Grigg Buzzing Off To Join Bees Today?

Our leading goalscorer from last season, Will Grigg will be officially unveiled a Brentford player today according to Sky Sports.

The only remaining ‘quiet mouse’ is due to leave us today and join our League 1 rivals.

This is another major blow for Walsall, just a day after Febian Brandy decided to join Sheffield United.

Both players remained tight lipped over the summer months and the fact that neither committed to the cause was evident that neither were going to sign.

We now face the prospect of trying to find someone who can provide assists and pace like Brandy but more importantly someone that can score 20+ goals a season like Will Grigg….Its only taken us 10 years to find one!
