Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers praised Walsall and head coach Michael Flynn for their performance yesterday.
The Saddlers went out of the FA Cup at the hands of a deflected Kelechi Iheanacho strike with twenty minutes remaining.
Walsall did have chances and on another day could have caused a giant killing against the former Premier League/FA Cup winners.
Rodgers said
“We saw in the last round (against Gillingham) the difficulty these games can provide teams from the Premier League”
“We always have a strong team out and Walsall today, give them huge credit. Michael has done an excellent job since coming in here”
