Bradford 0-4 Walsall

It was a brace from Troy Deeney and goals from David McDermott and Tony Bedeau that sealed an impressive win for the Saddlers second string.
Allan Picken made his return in the back four and managed to play 60 minutes before being substituted as a precaution.
The only negatives from the night were the injuries to striker Par Cederqvist, who was replaced by goalscorer David McDermott early on due to a back problem, and full back Geordie Lyall, who limped out of the action with an ankle injury.
Reserve team boss Eric McManus said that his side had controlled the match from start to finish and that Picken`s ankle was feeling good after the game.
Other Saddlers first teamers to play in the match were winger Mark Wright, who put in an electric display down the right-hand side, along with Ishmel Demontagnac, who looked in good shape after playing for the England under 19s as a left back.
