We bring sad news that former Saddler, Kris Taylor has been diagnosed with cancer. The former Walsall midfielder announced the news via his Twitter page on Friday night.
Just a day later he scored for Hednesford Town in their 1-1 draw with Altrincham, which the club said was their most ’emotional day’
During his four years with the Saddlers, Kris played 85 times scoring 6 goals and helping Walsall win the League 2 title in 2007.
This Saturday against MK Dons we have arranged for ALL Walsall fans to stand together on the 15th minute and have a minutes applause to show our support to our former Saddler.
