Walsall boss Dean Smith today missed out on the League 1 Manager Of The Month award for January.
Russell Slade of Leyton Orient picked up the award following four wins out of four in January.
Smith had previously been nominated twice and failed to win the award and whilst we arent given the manager of the month curse its harsh on Smith not to receive recognition for the fantastic work he is currently doing.
Deano can have it in May once we are promoted!
