Walsall boss Dean Smith could have a selection headache for tonight’s match at Barnsley.
Midfielder Sam Mantom is ruled out with his ankle injury which forced him off in Saturday’s defeat to Chesterfield and there is doubts over Neil Etheridge, Andy Taylor and James O’Connor.
Smith said: “Neil is a doubt because he had stitches in his knee. Taylor and O`Connor are 50-50. We`re waiting on Sam Mantom. We`re going to leave it until the last minute before we make a decision.”
New loan signing George Evans will likely replace Mantom in central midfield.
