League Two is really starting to hot up, especially in the promotion stakes. The Saddlers will be looking to get to the 55 point mark this Saturday afternoon, when they entertain Bristol Rovers. However, for Reds fans, attentions will now be drawn to what happens to the teams around Walsall in the league table. Swindon will be expected to beat Notts County, but don`t be surprised i9f they don`t, while MK Dons travel to Chester in search of three points, which if Walsall fail to win could see the gap between first and second drop to two points. The game of the weekend will be at Sincil Bank, where Lincoln take on high-flying Wycombe. Both teams will want to get three points in order to close the gap on Walsall.

New Years Day, usually a day of recovering from the night before, but it is also the day of a hectic football schedule, especially in League Two. The game of the day here is between MK Dons and Swindon. Again, both teams will want to take points off their promotion rivals in order to ease the gap between the play off and the automatic promotion places. However, if Walsall get three points at Peterborough, which to be honest is more than likely, then they will look to keep a comfortable lead at the top of the table.
