Well having taken the kids to the National Space centre in Leicester what a better way to finish the day by watching the Saddlers thump Coventry, well that is what I thought after a strong Walsall line up went for the throat straight from the kick off. However when Troy Deeney put Walsall one up after trialist Juniors shot had been spilled we took the foot off the pedal some what.

The lack of concentration led to the Coventry equaliser as Netan Sansara lost his man and the experienced Wayne Andrews who finished well. That shook the saddlers up a bit and after the break trialist Junior or Joao Batista Mawete as he is really known controlled well before finishing smartly, to be honest I liked what I saw of the Angolan striker who was once on the books of Benfica.

All in all a job well done, with Mark Bradley also catching the eye for me, whilst Troy Deeney is improving but I am not sure if he is ready for the first team, whilst Alex Nicholls failed to shine in front of the Watching DD, talking of watch Stafford Rangers Manager Phil Robinson was also scouting players to help his bottom of the conference side.
