Walsall have made their forth signing of the summer in former Cardiff defender Rhys Weston.
The 26-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a one-year deal.
Weston had been on trial with the club for the last week, as he trained with the first team squad.
DD told the clubs website that he was delighted to sign a player of good pedigree.
He said: “He has played the majority of his career at Championship level but has also experienced life in League One last season with Port Vale.
“We are happy to have him on board and I am sure he will play and important role during the coming season.”
