Wigan Grigg Bid Rejected

Reports are coming in that Wigan have had a £700,000 bid for Will Grigg turned down by Brentford.

Any transfer for Will Grigg will pocket the Saddlers 20% of his transfer fee as part of the tribunal deal which took Grigg to Brentford two years ago.

Brentford are thought to be waiting on £1m for the former Saddlers player of the year but it’s unsure as to whether the Latics will up their bid.

Wigan have now joined the race with MK Dons and Bristol City.
