Walsall boss Michael Flynn has blasted TV companies for not screening the potential giant killing between Walsall and Leicester this weekend.
The game is available via the BBC red button however the Saddlers will only pick up £35,000 rather than the £110,000 for being picked on main channels.
The BBC opted for Accrington Stanley v Leeds, Preston v Spurs and Wrexham v Sheffield United. ITV picks were much worse as they went for Man City v Arsenal (yawn), Man Utd v Reading (yawn), Brighton v Liverpool (yawn) and Derby v West Ham (yawn).
Flynn said
“I think its a disgrace our game hasn’t been chosen, it is what the FA Cup is all about”
“Walsall haven’t been in the 4th round for six years, Leicester won the competition two years ago & the EPL 6 years ago but are struggling this season – all the ingredients are there”
