Former Walsall player Febian Brandy has today signed for National League side Ebbsfleet.

The former Manchester United striker/winger signed for the Saddlers in the summer of 2012, he went on to make thirty seven appearances for the Saddlers scoring seven goals.

Brandy caused controversy by asking supporters to watch Sky Sports News to see who he was signing for, that club happened to be Sheffield United. Brandy struggled to establish himself with the Blades and rejoined the Saddlers on loan where he made another twenty appearances and scored four goals.

His second loan spell wasn’t a great one and he ended up at Rotherham, Crewe and Rochdale before making the switch to Thailand.

Following four goals in eight games Brandy left the club and subject to international clearance he can now play for Ebbsfleet.
