There’s talk flying around the Banks’s that league one survival is only a matter of time for Walsall, but the hard work for them is coming thick and fast. Tomorrow they take on The Cherries and only a win will keep their smiles beaming.

Last time around it was a full drubbing, Walsall lost 3-0 as McQuoid bagged a hat-trick. It left the Saddlers four points from climbing off the bottom of the table and some incredibly restless and angry fans.

Dean Smith has shaken things up since his arrival last month and it is starting to pay off for the Saddlers as they look to continue a 4 game unbeaten run. Smith says he is starting the training a little later and going for longer ‘Little things like the start time, simple things like that. People may think it`s silly but all of a sudden it`s putting my stamp on it to the players.’ He told the Express and Star.

Meanwhile, The Cherries lie in a robust 2nd position. They have drawn two and won three in the last five league one games.

The Saddlers have no fresh injury worries but welcome back Jason Price after ineligibility last week at Carlisle. Rhoys Wiggins, Warren Cummings and Mark Moseley are struggling with injury for The Cherries but may feature.

Score: Bournemouth would not want to taint their decent form run but Walsall are no longer there to hide. I’m going for Walsall 3-2 Bournemouth.

Come On The Saddlers!
