The Saddlers will begin our League 2 campaign with a trip to local side Northampton Town.
This is the first time the Saddlers have been in League 2 for thirteen years and will face Keith Curle’s men at Sixfields on Saturday 3rd August.
Our first three away games see us travel to Northampton, Crewe and Plymouth – with Plymouth being on Bank Holiday weekend…..scenes.
Our first three home games of the season see us face Forest Green, Newport County and Grimsby.
We travel to Scunthorpe on Boxing Day (thanks Football League) with a home game against Leyton Orient on New Years Day.
Our first away game of 2020 sees us travel to the media’s love in side Salford.
The Football League haven’t had a long time to think about our Tuesday night games as we face Oldham, Morecambe and Newport both home and away on a Tuesday evening.
The end of the season is set to be a cracker if both Walsall and Bradford are going for promotion with both sides facing each other on the final day.
