Walsall’s reserves stepped out at the Banks’ Stadium on Monday For their rearranged clash with Sheffield United reserves.
The Saddlers dropped to a 1-0 defeat courtesy of a long range effort from Shane Murray in the first half despite an evenly fought contest, with our boys just failing to convert.
According to coach Richard O’ Kelly Manny Smith gave a good solid performance representing the senior players as well as some good performances from some of the younger players.
