Walsall Sign QPR Striker On Loan Until End Of Season

|

Walsall have confirmed the signing of Queens Park Rangers striker Aramide Oteh on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Oteh started his career with Tottenham Hotspur as a youngster (well he’s still a youngster but you catch my drift) before moving to Queens Park Rangers in 2017.

He initially joined QPR on a work experience loan before making the deal permanent in May 2017.

Oteh scored sixteen goals for the Under 23’s in his first season and made the step up fairly quickly to the first team in 2017-2018 season.

This season he has scored eleven goals in fifteen games for Under 23’s.

Oteh has scored one goal for QPR in the Championship, it came away to Burton Albion in January last year and he has also scored for QPR in the FA Cup this season.

Oteh is described as a striker blessed with pace and an eye for goal. Certainly the type of striker we need alongside Andy Cook.

Everyone at Vital Walsall welcomes Aramide to the club and we wish him best of luck for his loan spell.
