Wrack: We have ourselves to blame

When the season started, many would’ve predicted that there may have been a few more points on the board than there is at the minute.
Just one point from four league games tells it’s own story, but according to Darren Wrack, it’s the team that is to blame for the poor return thus far.
Many could then be forgiven for saying Wrack’s ambition to work as a journalist when he retires from football is a bad move – local Sherlock Holmes would be more suitable I think.
Talking to BBC Sport, Wrack said that the Saddlers seem to faultering at the moment because of the team’s inconsistencey.
He said: ‘We seem to be blowing a bit hot and cold at the moment, and feeling sorry for ourselves.’
Wrack and co will be hoping to put things right come 1pm this Saturday, as the Saddlers play host to local rivals Port Vale in a six-pointer (KO 1pm).
