Footy Fans 92 Ground Tour

Vital Walsall is proud to announce our support for Midland’s Footy 92 Grounds Tour.

Over the next few months these football fanatics will be travelling the country aiming to visit all 92 football league grounds to raise money for Children with cancer.

At a time when the economy is poor its uplifting to see these football fans using their own money to attend these games and in doing so raising money for a worthwhile cause.

Steve from Midlands Footy contacted us and had this to say….

Myself and a lot of footy fanatics fancied raising some money for CHILDREN WITH CANCER UK by going to all 92 football league clubs.

We have the media involved as its such a great cause & we made a big flag & meet fans at each ground to have a big picture done & a pint 🙂 it will cost us alot travel wise but will be a great adventure challenge.

I’m from Sutton Coldfield Birmingham, we have fans joining us from all over the country & it keeps growing,

We have had support already from Graeme Lle Saux, Oliver Phelps, Grant Holt, David Weir, Port Vale players, Julian Dicks, David Grof, Paul Konchesky, Suzanne Virdee, Melanie Masson, Sunitta, Julian Gray, Shaun Barker, Matt Murray, Clinton Morrison, John Challis aka Boycie (Only Fools and Horses)

Can you help us please with advertising this event, we are trying to get the event in clubs programmes, & the clubs websites, local newspapers, local tv stations, anyone can join us including family’s with kids, there isn’t a time limit either

We have a company sponsoring us with t shirts and sorted the flag for us and helping with travel – Cola Rebell UK (sponsors of Burton Albion) @colarebelluk

1st Ground – Vale Park – Saturday 20th April – Port Vale v Northampton
2nd Ground – Field Mill – Saturday 13th July – Mansfield Town v Nottingham Forest
