Walsall trialist (now former) Kairo Edwards John is named amongst the Wycombe Wanderers line up this evening as they face Woking.

Edwards John seemed to be the name on everyone’s lips over the past two friendlies with the former Leicester City winger scoring against Leamington and Nuneaton respectively.
It was hoped that Darrell Clarke would offer him a deal ahead of the clubs tour of Poland however with him now trialing for Wycombe this doesn’t seem the case.
Eyebrows were raised when the squad for Poland was announced this morning with Edwards John omitted with Bristol City attacker Rory Holden the only trialist to board the plane.
Clarke openly admitted a week ago that he is still on the look out for a central defender, a winger and a striker before the transfer window closes on September 3rd.
The Saddlers won their only game in Poland this afternoon. Defeating Odra Opole 1-0 thanks to a goal from former Everton youngster Jack Kiersey.
